Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $20.40 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturday shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) every 6–8 weeks
  • When scheduled on Saturday, one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday)

Work Location:

  • Onsite for the first 90 days (training and performance evaluation period)
  • Potential hybrid schedule afterward: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote (based on attendance and performance)

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Basic problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment

Experience Level:

This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
