Field Operations Manager

CRST's Home Solutions - Installs division provides delivery and installation of products that require skilled labor or trade-licensed technicians. From delivery to installation and assembly, demand for these services has grown significantly. Home Solutions is proud to work with retail and client partners to provide convenient solutions for consumers.

The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls to assist customers with delivery issues or any other concerns
• Dispatching, routing and assigning delivery drivers
• Tracking daily routes
• Managing morning loadouts
• Assist with daily carrier check-in
• Scanning product into inventory and auditing orders
