Location: Onsite – Cary, NC
Pay Rate: $18-$20.40/hr. (based on experience, education, and location)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract with potential to convert to full-time
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for inbound calls, helping ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
• Minimum 1 year of high call volume call center experience
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Typing skills of at least 30 WPM
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
