Key Responsibilities

+ As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. + Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. + Expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. + Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. + Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Java Spring is required. + Expert proficiency in Core Java, Microsoft Azure Integration Services is required, while advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and intermediate proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is suggested. + Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance. + Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices. + Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum 4 years of work experience + Expert proficiency in Java Spring is required. Expert proficiency in Core Java, Microsoft Azure Integration Services is required, while advanced proficiency in Configuration Release Management, Design Build Enablement, and intermediate proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is suggested.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
