System One is seeking an Associate Engineering Technician in Cary, NC to be responsible for the development of plan & profile deliverables using Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation. This role will be within our client's infrastructure division, supporting client needs related to underground transmission line projects. Basic Civil 3D experience is required with knowledge of alignments, plan/profile, and sections. Job Summary:
Supports engineering teams under general supervision. Performs technical tasks requiring intermediate knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Uses digital tools and design software (e.g., CAD, BIM, 3D modeling). Creates, updates, and maintains technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables. Begins providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering technicians.

Minimum Qualifications:
Typically a minimum of 2 years related work experience.
