We are looking for a dedicated account manager to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while driving loan origination efforts. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in consultative sales, customer service, and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to originate new loans by engaging with both new and existing clients.
• Assess customer needs to recommend tailored loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Prepare and process loan applications, proposals, and offers for prospective borrowers, ensuring timely follow-up with applicants.
• Provide clear explanations of loan processes and product details to assist potential borrowers.
• Resolve customer concerns by collaborating with management to develop strategies for managing problematic loans.
• Utilize crm tools to track client interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor loan performance and proactively address any issues or concerns.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to campaign planning and execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends and apply this knowledge to improve loan origination strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
• Proficiency in crm systems and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting functions, billing processes, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with campaign planning and execution.
• Ability to effectively communicate and explain complex financial concepts to customers.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with adp systems or similar financial tools is preferred.
