Account Manager Opportunity In Asheville, North Carolina

We are looking for a dedicated account manager to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while driving loan origination efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize crm tools to track client interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor loan performance and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to campaign planning and execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and apply this knowledge to improve loan origination strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Proficiency in crm systems and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting functions, billing processes, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with campaign planning and execution.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and explain complex financial concepts to customers.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience with adp systems or similar financial tools is preferred.
