Job Responsibilities for our Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides: Activities of daily living Light housekeeping Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Nail care Range of motion / exercises Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices Oral feeding Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc. Assisting with ambulation Medication assistance Qualifications for employment: Current CNA license certification listed in good standing with the board. Compliant with Bayada policy needed for home care. Completion of competence demonstration, as performed in clinical CNA/HHA courses.
