Fast paced retail store selling windows, doors, cabinets, mouldings and other home improvement products seeks a Sales Associate to assist customers over the phone and in the store. Sales Associates will greet each customer in a friendly manner, provide solutions to the products they are looking for, enter quotes, and place orders. Associate will assist customers with the sale of windows, doors, mouldings, decking, stairparts and other products. These customers include walk-in customers, phone calls and our ecommerce store. Customers that come to Remodelers Outlet are contractors, remodelers and homeowners looking for a good price and great service! If you have experience selling windows & doors, and you'd like to work with a small team in a growing store, Remodelers Outlet would love to hear from you!

Required Education & Experience

Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language

2-5 years of building industry experience or experience in a retail home center / lumberyard preferred

Ability to develop estimates & quotes.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Problem solving skills.

Ability to multi task and set priorities.

Computer knowledge

Experience working in a team environment

Able to comprehend/speak Portuguese a plus!

Physical Demands

Must take and pass post-offer screening and drug test

Sitting: at desk throughout the day (50%)

Standing/Walking throughout the day (50%)

Sales Associates assist customers with loading products into their vehicles.

Sales Associates assist in putting inventory away, as needed.

Stooping/Reaching/Bending: minimal

Lift/Grasp: with dominant hands and fingers to type, answer phone

Carry/Grasp: with dominant hands minimal

Push/Pull: with dominant hands minimal

Vision: must see near and far sighted
