Product Engineer, Senior
Translate business requirements and use cases into functional applications. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable products.
Review, test, and verify code for adherence to quality and security standards.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Assist in the maintenance of code quality and organization.
Work with development team to define and implement architecture direction.
Assist in the design and enforce test-driven development using automated unit and integration testing.
Provide guidance and technical support to team members.
Location: Remote position, work can be performed anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor – Information Systems Technology, or a related field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.
Experience:
Five (5) years of related experience in the position above, VP of Sales and Development or in a related role.
Experience must include:
Conducting code reviews and defining and enforcing code standards;
SOAP and REST Web Services
NoSQL Database;
GIT Revision Control;
PCI Compliance.
