Genesis Fleet Sales (Experience Required!)

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to work for us at our Genesis Irvine dealership! Your main duties will include conducting test drives, showcasing vehicles, building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand automotive preferences and match them to their dream vehicle.

What You'll Do

• Sell Genesis vehicles to brokers, small businesses, and commercial buyers under fleet accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships within the local community and other key buyer segments.
• Identify and reach out to potential fleet clients, including brokers and commercial partners.
• Deliver a premium-level customer experience that reflects the Genesis brand's luxury standards.
• Complete all required documentation, coordinate vehicle delivery, and ensure compliance with fleet sales requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Bilingual in Korean and English, to effectively serve our Korean-speaking customer base (preferred)
• 2+ years of dealership fleet/commercial sales experience is a MUST!
• Strong understanding of fleet sales processes and documentation
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow a book of business
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
