California Regional Vice President of Variable Operations
Norm Reeves Dealerships is looking for a Regional Vice President, Variable Operations to lead our California region. This is a big, hands-on leadership role where you'll help set direction, drive results across sales and F&I, and raise the bar on the guest experience across multiple dealerships.
You'll have real influence and support to bring consistency to how we operate, build strong teams, and find smart ways to grow in a fast-paced, competitive California market. This role isn't about maintaining the status quo, it's about defining what great looks like and helping our stores get there.
We're looking for a proven, multi-store automotive leader who enjoys developing people just as much as driving performance. You bring strong variable ops experience, solid financial instincts, and a leadership style rooted in integrity, accountability, and trust. You're comfortable in high-expectation environments and motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
