Bilingual Honda Service Advisor (Honda Experience Preferred)

Vista, CA | Onsite | Full Time | Salary: $60,000 - $125,000 | Schedule: Monday - Saturday with a day off in the middle of the week.

As a Service Advisor, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda Vista. You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
• Offer solutions and added services to guests
• Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions

What You'll Need:

• Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Creative, positive, team player attitude
• Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
• Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
