Join us as an Inside Sales Associate to manage the Municipal Bidding, Contract Administration, and Sales Forecasting functions for a defined customer base. This role involves preparing and submitting competitive bids, overseeing awarded contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from bidding through order fulfillment. Your key responsibilities will be:

  1. Manage the full bid lifecycle for municipal customers, including identifying opportunities via lead services, preparing submissions, and ensuring compliance with Norit standards.
  2. Collaborate with Legal, Supply Chain, and Technical Support teams to review and negotiate contract terms.
  3. Administer awarded contracts, maintaining full account management responsibility, including customer communication, service coordination, and issue resolution.
  4. Monitor and update key sales systems and reports, including customer usage, sales forecasts, budget progress, and market trends.
  5. Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth operations related to order processing, product availability, and shipping.
  6. Stay informed on company objectives, customer needs, and market conditions to support long-term sales success.
