We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Head of IT.
The core responsibility:
The IT support analyst is responsible for providing 2nd line support on all aspects of the IT infrastructure and daily BAU. Additional IT project work may be required as part of this role. Procurement and liaising with suppliers is also required.
The individual will embrace a culture of continuous improvement within the team and strive to make processes and practices as efficient and effective as possible by constructively challenging "non-value" added activities while still ensuring compliance with Norgine policies/procedures.
This role is a 12 month FTC.
