We have an exciting opportunity for a Associate Director Global Omnichannel Operations (Rx) to join Norgine.

As part of the Rx Digital and Omnichannel team (Commercial Operations), the Associate Director - Global Omnichannel Operations (Rx) plays a critical role in enabling scalable, compliant, and customer centric HCP engagement across digital and field channels. This role owns the end to end operationalisation of omnichannel engagement, spanning content, channels, orchestration logic, and enabling platforms. The role supports the strategy and leads on the operating model, and the technical roadmap that allow Global and Local teams to plan, activate, and continuously optimise orchestrated HCP journeys in line with Norgine's Global and Local brand strategies.
