A day in the life...

• Engage and create relationships with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii's vibrant fashion and unique culture.
• Flexible schedules let you balance work with everything else that matters.
• Drive your earnings by achieving sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms (inclusive of text and social media).
• Be part of a supportive team that work together to keep the department customer ready, which means filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• This role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into.

'Standard' Physical Requirements – Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds [Stock/Logistics Only].

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$16.25 - $16.25 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
