Designs, develops and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives. Plans, directs and coordinates the efforts of sales staff toward the accomplishment of objectives. Responsibilities are within the sales function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
Take full responsibility for EPS equipment sales business in Taiwan to support/develop and secure the business from the existing and new customers (Focus on Middle & South Taiwan territory). The selected candidate must have a solid track record in semiconductor sales, managing complex Taiwan Semiconductor market. He or she will be results oriented, driven by excellence and work well in a matrix environment with peers in sales, product development, marketing, services and supply chain. They should be able to influence at all levels throughout of the customer organization and internally to Nordson EPS.
