• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with order status, product questions, returns, and general troubleshooting. • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
