The Role
As a Customer Service Intern, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service team, supporting the order management and customer care activities. You will assist in ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests, contributing to a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales and after-sales cycle. This internship is ideal for candidates with an academic background in international economics who are eager to develop skills in customer service and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of commercial relationships with assigned foreign customers.
- Collaborate with company departments (production, administration, logistics, shipping, quality control) to meet customer requests.
- Support the Sales team in the operational management of customers.
- Participate in the organization and management of internal and external company events.
- Assist with entering and monitoring customer orders.
- Contribute to after-sales activities: supporting issue resolution related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties.
- Support proper administrative management and the maintenance of commercial relationships.
- Assist in the management of international shipments: contacting carriers, preparing documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, non-EEC shipments), and supporting the logistics workflow.
- Support activities related to international transport/logistics/customs.
- Support first-level technical assistance in collaboration with the technical team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Economics, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Languages: English level at least B2 is mandatory; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in CRM systems and order processing tools.
- Strong team collaboration and communication abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong motivation to learn.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
