Resolve technical issues through phone calls or on-site visits. Repair faulty equipment and assume the role of the first person responsible for technical contact for the managed customers. Participate in relevant industry exhibitions and seminars, collect the latest industry and customer information, understand customer needs and grasp the operating status of the equipment. Conduct regular or irregular visits to customers, solve their difficult problems on-site, and provide equipment technical support. Provide on-site emergency services for sudden equipment failures and service demands of customers, and repair non-normal operating equipment. Write relevant service reports clearly, completely, and systematically. Inform relevant departments and responsible persons of the latest customer information and problems in a timely manner. Follow up on technical issues until they are resolved. Assist the sales department to meet the requirements for product sales.
