Main Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quality improvement strategy development and implementation;
• Proactively suggest product quality improvements by participating in feature planning and estimation with the development team.
• Analyze the bugs found during testing and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases.
• Create detailed and well-structured test cases.
• Ensure the product is of high quality for deployment.

Core Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in manual software testing and can predict potential future bugs during the feature planning phase.
• Advanced knowledge of test design and a variety of test techniques;
• Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture of the whole product from a business perspective & processes.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work hand in hand and effectively communicate with the team;
• Experience in testing for desktop applications would give you extra points.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 3,000 - 4,600 EUR/Month.
