We are seeking enthusiastic seasonal team members to join our Nordic Ware factory store from now through January! What you will get to do:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the store's dress code and customer service standards

What you'll bring to the role:

• Basic computer skills are required, and basic register skills are preferred
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Excellent attendance and timeliness are required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
• Experience in cooking and baking is preferred
• A willingness to learn about products, details, and functions
