Customer Support Team Member

One of the top customer service providers is hiring talented team members to join their customer support team. Multiple exciting projects are available. As part of our Nordic customer service team, you'll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience every day. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting customers via phone and email with a variety of questions and issues
• Providing clear, accurate, and helpful information with a strong service mindset
• Taking full responsibility for customer cases from start to resolution
• Building positive customer relationships through friendly and professional communication
• Working toward quality and efficiency goals
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and sharing feedback with management

Who We're Looking For:

• Native speakers of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
• Advanced level of English (B2–C1 or higher)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and helping customers
• Experience working with various computer systems
• Holding an EU passport and willing to relocate to Athens
