What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of technical vision and delivery — you don't just execute, you drive.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and craft practical, forward-looking solutions.
• Act as a change agent — challenging the status quo, encouraging innovation, and pushing for excellence in everything you touch.
• Implementing technical solutions according to given documented requirements.
• Writing and maintaining documentation of deliverables.
• Analyzing the existing environments and systems and recommending improvements.
• Developing, maintaining, and debugging automation and IaC for customer's infrastructure and application.
• Advising our customers on how to generally adopt the best possible service composition of public cloud-based services and tools

What You Bring:

• Relentless drive and initiative — you don't wait for problems to come to you; you go out and solve them.
• 8+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Azure solutions.
• Strong customer-facing presence; you can confidently engage, challenge, and align diverse stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Azure core services, infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Programming experience in general.
• Administration or DevOps experience with Kubernetes.
• A growth mindset — you're always learning, always improving, and you bring others along with you.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
