Microsoft Partner Sales Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Microsoft Partner Sales Manager for our team in the DACH region.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Defining and enhancing the Go-to-Market strategy for our Microsoft Azure business in DACH based on global Microsoft & Nordcloud Partnering strategy
- Delivering and exceeding the jointly agreed partnership metrics (pipeline, bookings, ACR) with Microsoft
- Leading strategic sales initiatives with Microsoft and selected ISV partners in your market
- Driving determined Microsoft-related business development, sales growth, networking, and account development in customer enterprise environments together with Microsoft
- Driving local marketing (i.e. campaigns, conferences, industry-specific publications) initiatives jointly with Microsoft and IBM
- Elevating from a highly successful business development related to a trusted multi-service multi-industry partnership providing timely and insightful market feedback to other functional teams including the global Microsoft alliance team, product management, and marketing
- Working closely with account teams, our global alliance team, and Microsoft's stakeholders
Your key skills:
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Microsoft sell-with, and Microsoft partnership knowledge
- Microsoft Azure fundamentals certification or an Microsoft technical certification
- Understanding of different Microsoft funding programs and their related processes
- Proven network/relationship management with different stakeholders at Microsoft in DACH
- Ambitious and self-driven attitude – the ability to influence and support Microsoft sales and campaigns, and to create new opportunities
- Fluent communication skills in both English and German
