- The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouse structures. - You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and accessibility for analytics and reporting. - Collaboration with various teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and design analytics solutions is a key part of the job. - You will implement data governance and security measures and support data analysts in building dashboards. - Managing the data warehouse and ensuring performant databases for querying and dashboarding purposes is part of the role. - You will develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business trends. - The job requires refining schemas for applications based on stakeholder requirements. - You will be working across different geographies where Noora Health operates, including India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia.

⚡ Requirements

- You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - You need to have at least 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, engineering, data management, or similar fields. - Your skills should include strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data manipulation languages. - Hands-on experience with data pipeline and ETL/ELT tools such as Fivetran, Airbyte, dbt is expected. - You should be familiar with cloud-based data warehouse and data processing platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks. - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Superset, PowerBI is necessary. - You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Being detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team is crucial. - You should value diversity, equity, and inclusion and be open to working with a diverse team.
