As a Program Component Engineer at Nokia, you will be an integral part of our Program/Product Creation Core team, driving technology rationalization with suppliers to optimize costs and enhance product performance. You will focus on identifying cost reductions, finding alternate sources for components facing risks, and managing the technical validation of parts in collaboration with R&D and engineering teams. Your role involves standardizing and promoting the reuse of approved components, improving Bill of Materials (BoM) health, and increasing supplier quality levels.
