PBX Operator Trainee
The PBX operator trainee will be assisting the Front Desk Team in the daily operations and work for the hotel's internal communication system; managing efficiently phone calls, messages for hotel team members or customers. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming an expert in the hotel facilities, management and Ibiza island surroundings. You will coordinate different departments offering the best service possible to all our customers, internal and external.
Program length: 4-6 months - Start date: April – May 2026

What you need to have:
- Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management studies, (Diploma, University studies or Master).
- English Fluency (B2+ or above) and Spanish Fluency (B2+ or above).
- User level of Microsoft Office.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest services.
- Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
- Previous hospitality experience is a big plus.
- Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
