Our client is the pioneer behind a cutting-edge, AI-powered composable platform that brings together Integration, Data Management, Analytics, and Orchestration in one seamless, cloud-native SaaS solution. Their technology empowers business, technology, and data teams to accelerate digital transformation, deliver actionable insights faster, and extend the value of legacy systems.
As a Front-End Engineer, you will be instrumental in building intuitive, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences on the company's core platform. The tech stack is modern and robust, with React, TypeScript, and Next.js at its core, and plenty of room for innovation in UI architecture and performance optimization.
This is a hands-on engineering role with the opportunity to influence design systems, technical decisions, and the evolution of the product's front end. We are looking for a strong Lead Frontend Engineer who will take full ownership of the frontend part—someone who will actively contribute to the product rather than wait for detailed instructions.
This person should be able to assess the current frontend setup on the client side, propose a clear roadmap and effort estimation, and determine whether the current team capacity is sufficient or if additional resources are needed. The client hasn't had a dedicated frontend developer before—the existing UI was built by backend engineers and is currently in poor shape. There's a high chance the codebase is messy and will require a thorough review. The Lead will need to analyze it and propose a solid plan for refactoring or rewriting the frontend properly.
That's why we need a proactive, hands-on leader and driver who can take initiative and guide the frontend direction with confidence.
