Location(s): Aguascalientes

Job Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

Education Requirement: Highschool required, bachelor's degree preferred

Come drive innovation with us. We are currently looking for a NESNA Claims Support to join our team in Aguascalientes.

A Day in Life:

In this role, you'll provide daily support to dealer personnel, review and process service contract claims with accuracy, and ensure compliance with NESNA policies. You'll document all activity, achieve quality KPIs, and be part of a collaborative team environment where your technical knowledge and communication skills make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day to day direction and assistance to dealer personnel with telephone and email support for Nissan Security+Plus, Infiniti Elite, Mitsubishi Diamond and QualityGuard+Plus service contracts.
  • Review submitted claims for accuracy, perform appropriate research with available tools to verify contract coverage and eligibility to NESNA policies, verify parts and labor charges.
  • Process claims payments and conduct transactions according to NESNA policies & procedures to ensure proper use of Company funds.
  • Document all claims and communications in appropriate systems.
  • Achieve claims management & quality KPIs as assigned.
  • Promote positive work environment within a large team.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Who We're Looking For:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Advanced US oral and written English required
  • One or more years of directly related experience at a professional level.
  • Experience in customer service in an automotive sector
  • High School or equivalency, bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications
  • Typing skills: 35 wpm (make a test)

Desirable:

  • Automotive technical experience, experience at a dealership or manufacturer preferred.
