Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will take over the planning, coordination, and implementation of integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns with a clear focus on our B2B target groups. You will create impactful content, manage events and webinars, work closely with the sales team, and ensure that our campaigns contribute measurably to growth.

Tasks

  • Planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns along the B2B customer journey
  • Development of targeted campaign communication in collaboration with product marketing and sales
  • Creation of content in various formats: with a special focus on automated email campaigns but also landing pages, short video formats, event materials using AI-assisted tools for research and efficient text creation with consistently high editorial quality
  • Organization and execution of webinars and (virtual) events – including promotion and follow-up
  • Coordination of internal stakeholders (design, social, web, performance) for the implementation of campaign-relevant assets
  • Close collaboration with the sales team on lead handover, feedback loops, and support of sales actions
  • Support in the implementation of campaigns in tools like HubSpot, Webflow, and through paid and organic channels
  • Analysis and optimization of campaign performance based on measurable KPIs

Qualification

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS or tech environment
  • Structured working style and experience in project management of campaigns
  • Practical experience in content creation for B2B audiences (email, video, social, events)
  • Knowledge of implementing multi-stage campaigns along different funnel phases
  • Experience in using CMS (e.g., Webflow), CRM tools, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
  • German at native level (C2) is mandatory, very good English skills are required
  • Self-reliant working, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
  • Bonus: Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Livestorm) or video tools is advantageous
