We are setting up a dedicated OpsTalent (Recruitment) team to strengthen how we hire across Operations, starting with Last Mile and scaling across the Ops ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, operational environments and enjoys building things from the ground up. This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, with conversion to permanent subject to the success of the OpsTalent pilot.
Own end-to-end recruitment for Operations roles, starting with Last Mile Partner closely with Ops leaders to translate manpower needs into hiring plans Establish and evolve fit-for-purpose hiring processes (practical, not bureaucratic) Lead and coach recruiter(s) supporting Ops hiring Monitor hiring performance, early attrition, and agency usage Resolve hiring escalations and balance competing priorities across Ops
5–8 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to volume or frontline hiring Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with Ops or site-based teams Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments Data-literate, with the ability to use numbers to drive decisions Practical, resilient, and solutions-oriented Experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or large-scale operations is an advantage.
