Manage routine operation on digital tools and platforms (Order Plus & Nike.net) and work closely with wholesale team on order capturing.
Drives consistency in order tools quality to ensure order experience excellence.
Create seasonal plan on order tools execution and ensures order tools deliverables to meet deadlines.
Keep pace with emerging digital trends, new technology and process innovation throughout the tradeshow and sales community.
Work with GC/Global counterparts to evaluate and introduce digital innovation to serve HK internal and external partners.
Lead seasonal preparation to provide a premium digital showroom experience.
Cooperate with Nike technology team to timely implement digital projects.
Monitor current digitalization trends and identity opportunities to elevate current process, tools, and showroom experience.
Diploma holder or above in any disciplinary.
Order management/operation/IT related experience would be a plus.
Good communications, coordination, and negotiation skills are essential.
Multi-tasking and work effectively within tight timeline.
Well-organized and detail-oriented with budget monitoring exposure.
Team player and ability to mobilize different parties.
Fluent Cantonese, conversational English, and Mandarin.
