Digital Marketing Specialist

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive platform marketing programming: You will improve long-term user retention by driving a website marketing calendar and delivering a blend of brand and business communications through cross-function partnerships.
  • Ace platform commercial success: You will pursue commercial success in partnership with the platform business team to launch and evolve key business campaigns from marketing perspectives. You will also be the innovative force to drive in-season platform business campaigns and support business read and react.
  • Establish 365 product storytelling: You will work closely with platform business team to deliver product storytelling and develop creative and effective communication on nike.com flagship store.
  • Empower brand voice on the platform: You will be a strong digital marketing partner to key marketing campaigns and 365 marketing communications, shaping and improving digital journeys on Nike's digital platforms.
  • Benefit the team with analytics and learnings. You will put day-to-day marketing practice and campaigns against metrics. Optimize the performance of digital content in partnership. You will also benefit our broader partners in brand and business by passing through such learnings.

Partnerships:

  • Partner with broader consumer direct marketing team for a connected digital experience through social media, email, NTC/NRC app to nike.com.
  • Partner with business team to achieve the business excellence during key commercial moments and 365 business communications.
  • Partner with site merchant and operation team to drive the day-to-day journey and ensure contents and initiatives are published smoothly.
  • Be part of the 365 learning loop and wire platform insights into Nike Direct Marketing.
  • Partner with membership team to bring member experience and projects to Nike members on Nike.com.
  • Partner with geo platform marketing and 365 product marketing to proactively download geo direction.

What you need to have as the essentials:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing or related fields, ideally experience of large digital campaigns or ecommerce platform.
  • Proven success delivering measurable marketing results, driving marketing programs to ROI metrics.
  • Strong team player who is responsible, well-organized, result orientated with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and processes.
  • Comfortable working under tight timeline and fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in matrix.
  • Mindset of priorities.
  • Knowledge of digital products and broader digital landscapes with digital creative experience is preferable.
