Event Manager

Assist the team leaders in activation/event planning leading into the activation/event execution date.

Identify, coordinate, recruit and manage agencies/vendors/helpers needed for the activation/event.

Develop briefing materials and conduct training session for associations/agencies/vendors/helpers.

Develop recap and evaluation of the activation/event, including feedback of the participants/consumers.

Provide recommendations to the team leaders regarding future activations/events.

Engage in regular communication with Greater China offices for briefing, updates and recaps.

Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in event management industries, with sports event experience would be preferrable.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, both speaking and writing.

Proficient in Keynote, Power Point and Excel.

Passionate in sports with specific local sports knowledge would be preferrable.
