Logistics Supervisor

Supervise overall logistics operation (both import and export) for delivery arrangement and schedule fulfillment

Monitor and liaise with freight forwarders/carriers and third party logistics to maintain service level and comply with KPI standard

Maintain accurate data updated, good documentation and report for analysis

Coordinate with different departments on logistics arrangement

Support reporting and inbound volume forecast

Provide recommendation to those problematic areas

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

University graduate in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

At least 5 years of solid experience in Supply Chain industry especially inbound operation

Knowledge in import/export declaration and operation flow

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team and across functions

Good PC knowledge in MS Office; strong in Excel and SAP

Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skill, detail oriented and good organization skills
