As our Nike Store Athlete (Sprzedawca), your mission will be to deliver premium customer experiences by demonstrating knowledge in recognizing individual needs and offering full solutions through Nike products and services to help customers in connecting, training, and competing, as well as achieving their goals.
Obowiązki
- Utilizing customer service skills, basic sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with appropriate products and drive sales
- Building a bond between the consumer and the brand by providing excellent service and adapting the brand story to the retail environment
- Maintaining knowledge of various store departments and being ready to handle cash register operations for standard transactions, perform duties related to shipping and receiving goods, replenish shelves, perform cleaning tasks, and create visual displays when needed
- Serving as a source of product knowledge for customers and new employees. Seeking educational opportunities to develop advanced or specialized knowledge in sales, Nike products, brand culture, sales techniques, and service
- Supporting leaders, senior salespeople, and managers in training new employees
- Supporting activities to prevent loss through proactive customer service
Wymagania
- Preferred at least one year of experience in customer service and/or retail sales
- Passion for the Nike brand
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (or another appropriate language), both verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service
