To be an Athlete you must like:

• Using your experience in customer service and product knowledge to provide a top-notch brand experience to our customers
• Assisting our Lead and Coach in training new employees
• Supporting various store departments (e.g. cash handling and in-and-out merchandise management, product restocking in the store, display setup) and advising customers on the right products to meet sales goals
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a link between sales and online services in the store
• Informing customers and new colleagues about Nike products and services
• Improving your knowledge through our tools and training programs to ensure constant updates and learning of new information about sales trends, products, services, and Nike culture
