The Overseas Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to the personal lines insurance team. This role ensures smooth daily workflow by assisting with policy processing, client communication, documentation management, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with insurance systems, and able to deliver professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella)
Experience with policy binding, endorsements, and documentation
Proficiency in EZLynx or similar CRM systems
Strong document management and organizational skills
Attention to detail in handling policy data and effective dates
Experience with invoicing and billing coordination
Ability to track, follow up, and manage pending requirements
Familiarity with loan closing and processing coordination
Strong communication and time management skills
