  • Lead and deliver the end-to-end execution of the Data Center consolidation project, overseeing the transition of multiple data centers into the Dutch Private Cloud.
  • Manage multidisciplinary, cross-business line change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring seamless cooperation among network, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Manage expectations of all the stakeholders through proactive communication.
  • Represent project and its goals to stakeholders, creating and maintaining project charters, documentation, and planning materials.
  • Make critical decisions, applying market-leading best practices to the consolidation initiative and beyond.
  • Oversee project financials and business cases.

What You Bring

  • A completed Master's degree and extensive experience, preferably managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Data Center transition, infrastructure projects, or similar complex IT programs is a significant advantage.
  • English at advanced level, strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (PRINCE, Agile, Six Sigma) and an understanding of delivering projects in regulated corporate environments.
  • Experience with project financials or business cases is an asset.
  • Collaborative leadership style and the ability to work independently in an international setting.

Perks of Joining NN

  • We understand the importance of having a work-life balance, which is why we offer 5 weeks of vacation, 5 well-being days, additional paid time off for personal and family events, and 1 volunteering day to support our community.
  • In addition to your base salary, you will have a lump-sum meal allowance, up to CZK 20,000 in the Cafeteria per year, the possibility of arranging a MultiSport card, the option to contribute to supplementary pension insurance / supplementary pension savings, and a discount on life insurance.
  • We believe that your professional and personal growth is crucial, which is why we provide you with tailor-made professional training.
  • Your friends and acquaintances are a valuable source of talent for us, which is why we offer up to 60,000 CZK as a reward for recommending a suitable candidate.
  • A business laptop and an iPhone with a paid O2 tariff and a data package are essential tools for your work.

How We Hire

After reviewing your application, including your CV in English, you will receive a short phone call from Petra (Talent Acquisition Partner) to discuss basic details about your previous work experience and the open position. If everything goes well, we will meet online (if face to face is not possible for any reason) for two interview rounds. One of the rounds will be an open discussion with Petra and Pavel (Engineering Manager), focusing on your knowledge, expectations, and all relevant details about the role. The second one will be more technical, and we will invite one or two members of our current team.
