Job Title

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Projecting, developing, and implementing solutions based on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models (LLM) in Python.
  • Integrating models with production systems, and monitoring and optimizing them in a cloud environment (Azure, Databricks).
  • Supporting organizational transformation by building processes, platforms, standards, and AI/ML solutions from the ground up.
  • Participating in research and development of new AI/ML technologies and democratizing smart automation (Power Platform, Azure).
  • Ensuring the continuity of models in the production environment using a CI/CD approach.
  • Creating technical documentation and reports on results.
  • Collaborating with Data Science, IT teams, and central units in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.
  • Using LLM and Copilot tools in daily work.

Our Offer Is For You If:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the role of AI/ML Engineer, AI/LLM Engineer, or ML Ops Engineer.
  • You are fluent in Python (knowledge of Java is desirable).
  • You have worked with machine learning tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • You are familiar with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and the Lakehouse architecture.
  • You can solve technical problems and optimize code and deployment processes for models.
  • You work according to Agile methodologies and are comfortable in an international environment.
  • You know and use LLM and Copilot tools in your work.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience working in an international environment.
