Key Account Managers at NIQ are tactical, strategical and can talk to any specialist to understand the evolving market and how NIQ can help tackle key business needs. They develop close relationships with clients from different key accounts and have an impressive array of skills & abilities to ensure that client is central whilst protecting NIQ's interest.

For our location in Leuven, we are looking for a powerful personality with a lot of energy who is just one step ahead and is business driven to join our already enthusiastic team.

We are looking for someone who is ready to help drive and support positive change, be a good team member, and be fully driven by achieving success with the support of the wider team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and renewals for a group of allocated existing accounts, securing a sales pipeline and developing new revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and engagement with key players at your customer base and actively expand your network to identify new budget holders.
  • Develop solid and interconnected understanding of the customer's industry/business/market
  • Partner with Customer Success and other relevant teams within NIQ to develop and execute Account Plans, Joint Business Plans and to maximize the client experience.
  • Accurate and timely pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Be the voice of the client within NIQ and collect, analyze, act-on and escalade any topics that need support solving.
  • Contribute to or drive wider commercial team projects.

About You:

You are a high-performing deal maker with a growth mindset of revenue targets. You know how to build and promote strong long-lasting client relationships. You're energized by accelerating sales, uncovering opportunities, and exceeding targets. A deep understanding of the market landscape, our products, and our processes is at the forefront of your mind. You know that collaboration amongst teams and active listening of clients is critical to meet goals and grow. You strengthen our relationship with customers and unlock opportunities for growth. Selling, understanding our customers and their contexts, effective negotiation and growth mindset drive your work.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related Sales and Account Management experience
  • Proven sales skills and developed expertise in the target scope
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A solid understanding of the dynamics and issues facing Tech & Durables manufacturers and retailers.
  • An understanding of how market and consumer intelligence is used by Tech & Durables industry.
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch/French and English languages.
  • Prior experience from working in Tech & Durables, market intelligence/research or working with NIQ/ GfK data and insights is an advantage.
