The Dedicated Sales Director is responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with customers and prospects by exploring opportunities across the US. This position reports to the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales.
Our ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a minimum of five years of experience in Dedicated Transportation services, preferably in Truckload (TL). They have a deep understanding of dedicated contract carriage, fleet management, and customized logistics solutions that cater to customer-specific needs. This candidate possesses strong relationship-building skills, demonstrating an ability to secure long-term contracts and foster trust with clients. They excel in prospecting, developing new business, and delivering compelling sales presentations that articulate the value of dedicated transportation solutions. With a strong analytical mindset, they can assess market trends, design tailored solutions, and optimize cost efficiency for customers. Additionally, they are proficient in using technology and data analytics to enhance sales strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a quota-driven environment, is highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent travel to engage with customers and drive business growth.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $113,334.00 - $151,112.00, based on the national average for the position. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
