Job Description
Nexthink is growing—rapidly. With over 50% year-on-year global growth and some of the world's most recognisable brands as customers, we're on a mission to define and dominate the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) category.
We're now looking for a sharp, self-starting Field Marketing Manager to take the reins across Northern Europe, covering the UK & Ireland, Benelux and the Nordics. Based in London and reporting into the EMEA Field Marketing Director, you'll be the go-to marketing leader for the region, helping drive awareness, generate pipeline, and fuel customer advocacy.
This role is equal parts strategist, orchestrator and executor, with a bit of magician thrown in for good measure.
You'll:
- Build and execute local marketing plans that align with our global strategy but feel anything but templated.
- Own the regional marketing budget (yes, all of it), ensuring we spend wisely, efficiently, and with impact.
- Develop programs that speak fluently to C-level execs, hands-on IT operators, and everyone in between.
- Partner with our sales teams, global MSPs and local channel heroes to maximise coverage and influence.
- Roll up your sleeves to run campaigns, shape narratives, and keep the machine running with precision and flair.
If you're someone who thrives on autonomy, understands how to drive growth across multiple markets, and knows when to use charm, data, or a touch of dry humour to get things done, keep reading.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute a demand generation plan for UKI and BeNeNor that's aligned with global goals, but tailored to local market nuances.
- Orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs (ABM, events, digital, partner-led campaigns) that span the full funnel, from awareness to acceleration.
Sales & Stakeholder Alignment
- Partner closely with regional sales leaders; join deal reviews, pipeline calls and QBRs like you're part of the team, because you are.
- Work hand-in-glove with BDRs and AEs to drive lead follow-up and conversion. Pipeline doesn't build itself, after all.
Budget & Performance Management
- Own the regional marketing budget (spreadsheets can be fun trust us).
- Forecast, track and report on performance metrics with clarity and confidence. Prove what's working, fix what isn't.
Partner & Account-Based Marketing
- Develop account-based strategies that weave in partner activities and customer engagement across target accounts.
- Co-create programs with global MSPs and local channel partners to expand reach and impact.
Digital & Advocacy
- Ensure regional web and digital assets are optimised and compliant (hello GDPR).
- Partner with our customer reference and advocacy programs, because nothing beats a happy customer who'll talk about it.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of working closely with sales to deliver measurable pipeline.
- Deep knowledge of the UK, Ireland, Benelux and Nordics markets—ideally with experience running campaigns across all.
- Confident owning end-to-end programs, juggling stakeholders, and making decisions at pace.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and channel ecosystems.
- Fluent in pipeline: ABM, funnel metrics, lead scoring, intent data, automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong grasp of how to engage different personas—from CIOs to IT admins—and build content journeys that convert.
- Excellent communicator—written, verbal, and visual—with a knack for simplifying the complex.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and the occasional curveball. Calm under pressure, with a sense of humour to match.
You'll join a company redefining how IT understands and supports employees in a digital world. You'll work with some of the brightest minds in the business—and have the freedom to make real impact in a region with huge growth potential.
Oh, and you'll have fun doing it.
If you're ready to take the next step in your marketing career, where strategy meets execution and no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
