Sr. Engineer In The Npi Section

As a Sr. Engineer in the NPI Section, you will drive New Trench Technology and Platform projects within the R&D Department. You will serve as a critical liaison between Nexperia's Business Groups in Manchester or Hamburg and the Cabuyao Plant (ATCB), ensuring project deliverables, process improvements, and product changes are executed efficiently. You will play a key role in enabling manufacturability, cost optimization, and safe product launches, supporting both technology and standard-track projects.

What You Will Do

1. Ensure all projects adhere to BCAMX (Business Creation and Management), QCM (Quality Change Management), and ATCB Change Control Board requirements.
2. Handle Standard to Technology Track projects from initiation to deployment.
3. Act as liaison between Nexperia BGs (Manchester/Hamburg) and ATCB teams, including Change Review Board, QA, Management, and Operations.
4. Complete or ensure completeness of required deliverables for BCAMX milestone gates, including RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Reports, and Safe Launch.
5. Deploy process and product changes in the production line.
6. Perform Safe Launch tracking to ensure smooth product introduction.
7. Plan resources and logistics for NPI projects.
8. Characterize processes, materials, products, and their interactions within the manufacturing environment as needed.
9. Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to apply MVA/DVA for NPI projects to support DFPC (Package Cost) Improvement, Yield Improvement, and Cost Savings.
10. Provide guidance and support to other engineers to ensure manufacturability and timely delivery of NPI projects.
11. Perform additional roles or tasks as assigned by the superior.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Basic knowledge of Project Management fundamentals.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, SAS JMP, or Minitab.
• Knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver results through teamwork and determination.
