We are now looking to hire an Equipment Engineering Technician to join the deposition and diffusion maintenance team on-site.
As an Equipment Engineering Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing operations team in routine maintenance activities, breakdowns, and root cause analysis of complex wafer fab equipment. You will diagnose known faults quickly and complete repairs efficiently whilst understanding how maintenance performed can affect product yield. You will get to optimize and improve the maintenance procedures using the key performance indicators available, and will demonstrate effective maintenance spares stock control and housekeeping practices to maintain the 5s standard. As an Equipment Engineering Technician, you will also use the factory MES platform to determine and execute preventative maintenance schedules and update equipment histories, observing health and safety directives.
