The Customer Supply Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for Nexperia's customers, ensuring world-class supply assurance and driving customer loyalty. This role is responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of customer inquiries, including order management, demand forecasting, logistics, and dispute resolution. Managing a specific customer portfolio, the CSR acts as a strategic link between the customer and Nexperia's internal business groups to maximize sales potential and service excellence.
Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain professional, high-trust relationships with key customer contacts, Account Teams, and Business Groups.
Proactive Communication: Provide timely and accurate updates regarding order status, supply availability, and potential disruptions.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the customer" internally while balancing Nexperia's commercial policies and operational constraints.
Order Management & Supply Chain Execution
SAP Administration: Process customer orders accurately within SAP, ensuring strict compliance with terms and conditions, shipping windows, and internal controls.
Demand Alignment: Analyze gaps between order coverage and lead times/forecasts; proactively influence customers to increase order coverage where necessary.
Issue Resolution: Manage the end-to-end resolution of complaints, returns (RMA), and invoice discrepancies with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Strategic Supply & Performance Driving
Delivery Excellence: Drive activities to achieve benchmark delivery performance (On-Time Delivery) and monitor customer KPIs.
Strategic Planning: Implement collaborative supply chain strategies, including JIT (Just-In-Time) programs, consignment stock, and collaborative forecasting.
Logistics Reviews: Lead regular logistics performance reviews with customers, presenting data-driven insights on lead times, order health, and forecast accuracy.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze NPS (Net Promoter Score) and logistics data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
What you will need
Education: University or College degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
ERP Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SAP (or similar Tier-1 ERP systems).
Data Literacy: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
Supply Chain Knowledge: Solid understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, and manufacturing lead times.
Customer Obsession: A relentless focus on delivering value and solving problems for the customer.
Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced semiconductor environment.
Industry Preference: Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
