Under the direction of senior leadership within the Office of Information Technology Services Chief Information Security Office IT Asset Management (ITAM) bureau, the incumbent will serve as the Asset Management Data Analytics Team Manager and oversee the lifecycle of IT assets including hardware, software, and related systems. This position is responsible for leading the data analytics and refresh planning function within ITAM, establishing governance processes, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
The position requires communicating orally and in writing with various individuals including management, users, vendors, and other IT staff. The incumbent will have to work with ITS teams and upper-level agency management to resolve technically complex and politically sensitive issues under pressure. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

If eligible, positions located in New York City will receive an additional $3,400 downstate adjustment location pay with regular annual salary. Positions located in the Mid-Hudson will receive an additional $1,650 adjustment location pay.
