In this role, the Food Service Lead supervises and assigns all Food Service personnel all duties relating to patient, cafeteria (and catering) food preparation, presentation and service. Ensures proper food handling sanitation and Infection Control procedures are practiced. All other duties as necessary for the effective operation of the department.

This is a Full time (11:00AM-7:00PM five days a week with Rotating Weekends and Holidays) position at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, upper Westchester County, NY.

Preferred Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Supervisory experience
• High Volume Cooking experience
• At least 3 years of lead/supervisory experience in a food service position in an institutional food service environment.

Required Criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer literacy
• Effective excellent organizational and communication skills
