New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Sales for communities across Minnesota. Reporting to the Sr. VP of Sales, the Regional Director of sales will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and enhance occupancy. This role will oversee a number of communities across Minnesota. You will collaborate to build a creative, integrated, multi-channel department that builds brand awareness and a positive reputation. In addition, the person in this role will drive a steady flow of sales leads while measuring the success of the program through metrics.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (Based on experience and qualifications) plus bonus!
